With over 14 years of experience in the health and social care sector, I have had the opportunity to support individuals across a variety of care settings, witnessing first-hand the impact that compassionate, high-quality care can have on people’s lives.
Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated to delivering care that is not only safe and effective but also deeply person-centred. My experience in leading services through Care Inspectorate inspections, achieving high standards, and supporting team development has shaped my commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery.
